Luka Symons
Luka is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, and an instructor on staff at The Light Cellar in Calgary, Alberta. She is the 2023 recipient of the Clinical Excellence Award. Through her uplifting & informative workshops, talks and one-on-one consults, Luka is here to help you make your kitchen your #1 ally in maintaining robust health. Her work focuses on helping get at the root of chronic health concerns, and is steeped in the power of good food + real food choices while keeping it practical. Her approach is through the lens of traditional foods, with a dose of good fun.

Luka offers 30-minute Discovery Calls. This online consult is a chance for you to connect and explore what kind of support feels right for you. Whether it’s one-on-one guidance or joining the Online Community, you'll talk about what might best suit your needs right now. Her goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and confident about your next steps — whatever they may be.
Tracey Reed
Tracey is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, instructor at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, and recipient of the 2018 Clinical Excellence Award. Her clinical practice has a strong focus on the health of the gut microbiome and the intestinal barrier. She has a strong interest in Histamine Intolerance and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Tracey sees clients as well. You start with a 2 hour initial consultation; it's for members of the Online Community who are ready to go deeper. If you’ve got the foundational nutrition pieces in place and are looking to explore the more complex layers of your health story, this session is for you. Together, you’ll dig into contributing factors and uncover what might be standing in the way of progress — all with compassionate support and expert insight for your unique case.
