Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation.

• You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method:

• We ship all books with tracking to ensure the package is delivered from our door to yours.

• Tracking information will be kept on file for three months after shipping.

Delivery Confirmation:

• Once the carrier confirms delivery, we consider the order fulfilled. If the tracking shows the package has been delivered to the correct address, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier, neighbors, or other household members.

• Please note that we do not require a signature upon delivery.

Missing Packages:

• While we do everything possible to ensure successful delivery, once the tracking confirms that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.

• If your tracking status shows "delivered" and you have not received the package, please reach out to your local postal service for further assistance. Be sure to also check with neighbours and other household members to see if they may have intercepted the package.

• As a small business, we are unable to cover the costs of resending items that have been confirmed as delivered.

• Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. If the item is returned to us, we will contact you for updated information, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
